Business Credit Lines
Similar to a credit card, a business credit line gives you access to a certain amount of credit that you may use as expenses arise. Withdrawn funds are subject to your approved interest rate and require minimum monthly payments. Business credit lines are revolving allowing you to have a constant flow of funds at your disposal as you need it
Real Case Example
Ryan is approved for a $100,000 credit line and withdraws $10,000 to pay for business expenses. The $10,000 Ryan withdraws is subject to the customized interest rate Ryan was allotted when he was approved and continues to apply until the full amount due is paid off. When the $10,000 is withdrawn Ryan has $90,000 worth of credit left and once Ryan pays off the full amount due, his available credit line returns to $100,000.
